Saint Patrick’s Day is known for all things green and Irish and that includes the food. You guessed it; we’re talking about corned beef and cabbage. It wouldn’t be a proper St. Patrick’s Day without a wine pairing either, so we are pairing it with our Maddalena Riesling.
