The word “Opaque” means “impenetrable to light” and refers to the dark, inky color of our proprietary blend “Darkness.” The Opaque wines, aged for at least 18 months in new French and American oak barrels, showcase the quality of our estate-grown Paso Robles grapes: Petit Verdot, Malbec, Zinfandel, and Tannat. Be bold this new year and enjoy the darkness!
