Enjoy our award-winning estate wines grown from our vineyards in Paso Robles, Monterey and Napa Valley. Our seasoned wine stewards will guide you through your selected flight, paired with a delicious charcuterie platter to share.

Italian Bubbles
Celebrate all things bubbly with this elegant flight of Italian sparklers, from crisp and dry to delicately sweet—perfect for date night, a girls’ day out, or time with family and friends. Made for sipping and sharing special moments. Includes (1) individual charcuterie plate.
The Art of the Blend
This five-wine flight—featuring two white blends and three red blends—explores the art of winemaking through blending. By combining varietals, vineyard blocks, and aging techniques, our winemakers create wines with greater balance, structure, and complexity than any single component alone. Each blend is a hand-crafted expression of terroir, vintage, and the winemaker’s skill.
Taste the Darkness
The word “opaque” means “impenetrable to light” and refers to the dark, inky impenetrable color of our proprietary blend “Darkness”. The Opaque wines, aged for at least 18 months in new French and American oak barrels, reveal the impressive quality of our estate grown Paso Robles grapes: Petit Verdot, Malbec, Zinfandel, and Tannat. Be bold this year, enjoy the darkness!
