Step Behind the Scenes of a Los Angeles Landmark
Join us for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at San Antonio Winery with our Walking History Tour & Wine Tasting—led by one of our knowledgeable sommeliers or wine stewards.
This relaxed and informative 45–60 minute experience begins with a 20-minute walking tour of our historic winery, a true Los Angeles landmark since 1917. As you stroll through the winery, you’ll explore:
•Our century-old redwood wine tanks
•French and American oak aging barrels
•Our active bottling line—bottling nearly 2,000 cases per day!
After the tour, enjoy a guided tasting of four award-winning estate wines from Paso Robles and Monterey, hand-selected by your wine expert.

Looking for an elevated tasting experience? Relax on our charming 1917 patio and enjoy an al fresco wine tasting paired with thoughtfully curated seasonal charcuterie.
Savor our award-winning estate wines, crafted from vineyards in Paso Robles, Monterey, and Napa Valley, as our knowledgeable wine stewards guide you through your selected tasting flight. It’s the perfect way to slow down, sip, and enjoy great wine in a beautiful setting.

Summer Selections

Escape the late-summer heat with our Summer Selections Flight—your tasting journey begins with a featured sparkling wine hand selected by your steward, such as a classic Champagne, crisp Cava, or lively Prosecco. You will also enjoy a selection of bright, refreshing whites, concluding with a Grenache rosé bursting with fresh fruit flavors. It’s the perfect flight to sip, savor, and celebrate the summer.
The Art of the Blend
$54 per guest
This five-wine flight—featuring two white blends and three red blends—explores the art of winemaking through blending. By combining varietals, vineyard blocks, and aging techniques, our winemakers create wines with greater balance, structure, and complexity than any single component alone. Each blend is a hand-crafted expression of terroir, vintage, and the winemaker’s skill.
Taste the Darkness
$54 per guest
The word “opaque” means “impenetrable to light” and refers to the dark, inky impenetrable color of our proprietary blend “Darkness”. The Opaque wines, aged for at least 18 months in new French and American oak barrels, reveal the impressive quality of our estate grown Paso Robles grapes: Petit Verdot, Malbec, Zinfandel, and Tannat. Be bold this year, enjoy the darkness!
STEFANO CELLAR GROUP TASTINGS
Whether you have a small group of 9, or a group as large as 50, step into our Stefano Cellar, named after Stefano (Papa Steve) Riboli, and enjoy an intimate tasting experience in a beautifully preserved private space nestled within our working winery.
Enjoy a guided tasting of our award-winning estate wines as our experienced wine stewards share the stories behind our winery and the craftsmanship involved in bringing the wine from our vineyards to your glass. Your group tasting will last approximately 90 minutes and includes delicious charcuterie to share, perfectly complementing your tasting experience.
Artisan Selection
