Covid 19 update

Thanks for your order as we value your business a lot!

All our warehouses are operational and shipping all orders. Due to to the current situation, we are trying to process all our valued valued customer orders in a timely manner. However, a small percentage of our orders are being delayed due to limited staff in our warehouses.

We request for you to please allow 7 - 10 business days to process your order. Because of the limited staff, hold times for our customer service phone lines, emails and chats might be longer than usual.

We ask you to kindly wait for an automated email from us consisting of your order tracking information once the order is processed and shipped out.

We hope you understand for the delay as your order is very important to us and will do everything we can to ship it out as soon as possible. Thank you again and please be safe.

West Coast Orders

Most orders shipping towards the west coast will require a few additional days to be delivered. Customers will receive an email once the order has been processed with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active only when the local station of your state receives the package after a few days and then it will be delivered. We appreciate your patience in this regard.

Signature Policy

If you order from us you are representing to us that you are at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is also at least 21 years of age. An adult signature will be REQUIRED upon delivery. Title & liability for all items you order passes to you as soon as it leaves our doors; it is up to you to know the relevant laws in your state

Shipping Options

GROUND SHIPPING: Delivery to all Business & residential addresses

Currently, we do not ship via express shipping.

Delivery Attempt

It is the Customer's responsibility to be present at the delivery for an adult signature. If no one is available to receive the package, a subsequent attempt to deliver will be made. Whenever possible, we encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time. If subsequent attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to Wine Chateau. The Customer will be required to incur the cost of shipping and handling, regardless of the Customer deciding to cancel the order.

Domestic State Restrictions

Please refer to your state and local laws as we do not ship to many states in the United States. We use a combination of UPS & FedEx to deliver all packages. Shipping Carrier does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, but do ship to all residential and business addresses.
