A warm Summer weekend spent in beautiful Paso Robles with fine wines and a stellar dinner menu – how relaxing does that sound? On August 2, winemaker Anthony Riboli hosted his first annual Paso Robles Winemaker Dinner at his family’s famed San Antonio Winery, Paso Robles location. With the help of the skilled and talented chef Claud Beltran and his amazing staff, the evening was a huge success! The five star menu included duck, salmon, lamp chops, ceviche, and more! Each dish was completed with the perfect wine pairing from San Antonio Winery’s artisan wines, including those from the San Simeon, Opaque, and Windstream brands.
Host Anthony Riboli sends his thanks:
On behalf of the entire Riboli Family, we want to thank all attendees of the first annual Paso Robles Winemaker Dinner. We were thrilled to have over 30 lovers of great food and fine wine! Many thanks to the talented chef Claud Beltran and his staff. It was an amazing menu that paired perfectly with our family’s artisan wines. Also, we want to thank San Antonio Winery managers Elise Keeling and Greg Trala, and a special thanks to our friends Bob and Marianne Brown of Pretty Penny Vineyard. We will definitely make the Paso Robles Winemaker Dinner an annual tradition. Please don’t forget the upcoming Winemaker Dinner in Los Angeles on November 15. Sign up online today!
