Born and raised in Paso Robles, Dustin has seen his little hometown change drastically over the last thirty years. Paso Robles has become a major tourist destination because of its amazing wines, wonderful weather, and now the foods. The changes in the local culinary scene are just beginning and Dustin hopes to become part of it.
Food tastes better when it’s fresh. Dustin strives to use seasonal local products whenever possible. He himself has a love for gardening and has also been an avid fisherman his entire life. He knows and understands the importance of fresh products, as well as cooking within the seasons. We are fortunate to live in an area with four distinct seasons, each offering foods and flavors to tantalize the palate.
Food should be fun. Inspired by his grandfather’s love of the creative process in winemaking, Dustin enjoys combining flavors and techniques to surprise the customer as well as pair well with local wines.
