Wine & Food Festivals
Indulge in the rich culture of Italy, our family’s roots, and a great source of pride at San Antonio Winery! Foods of all types from nearly all the regions in Italy will be prepared specifically for this day. You will be quite impressed by the vast array of cuisine. Wines from various regions pair perfectly with the cuisine selection. Well-known wines will meet less-known wine gems of Italy. There will be ample sitting and standing room available. Five winery production and event rooms will be opened and set for your comfort. Authentic, live Italian music will be performed. Maximum attendance is over 250 people, but space fills quickly. Get ready for a tremendous, all you-can-enjoy Festa Italiana!
Wine Seminar Luncheons
Learn about world-renowned wines, wine-making, and grape-growing regions, while experiencing gourmet wine and cuisine pairings in the heart of the San Antonio Winery. The wines for each luncheon are selected specifically according to the event themes. They will enrich your knowledge and peak your interest of the vast world of wine. Each four-course menu is tailored to perfectly match the wines of each seminar luncheon. You will dine in the casual elegance of the Vintage Room during a full three hours of enjoyment. Maximum attendance per event is approximately 80 people, but sign up now as spaces fill quickly.
Understanding Bordeaux VarietiesHost: Michael Papalia Did you know that there are luscious reds, crisp and fresh whites, and dessert wines made in Bordeaux? Is Bordeaux a wine region or is it a type of wine? The answer is “yes.” It’s both! Bordeaux is recognized as one of the most esteemed wine-producing regions in France and in the world. The wines are also some of the most prized. This sit-down, multi-course luncheon will guide you through the world of Bordeaux where you will discover how grapes like Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Sauvignon Blanc (and a few others) are grown and then crafted into world-class wines. This event is only one time a year, so you don’t want to miss this experience. |

Boutique Wine Tastings
Designed as casual, social gatherings, the boutique wine tastings offer wines from around the world with gourmet appetizer pairings at exceptional values. Each cuisine item on the various menus is crafted to showcase the wines’ characteristics. Join in the fun of wine and food! Each tasting is a full two hours. Maximum attendance per boutique tasting is approximately 100 people, and spaces fill quickly so sign up now.

As with most successful gastronomical relationships, most wine and cheese match-ups require some effort to prepare. Come explore the possibilities of carefully pairing fine wines with specific cheeses and hors d’oeuvres in order to achieve a little bit of heaven. |
